We use mobile OTP login to verify your identity.

• Income range
• Food habits
• Manglik status
• State, district, city, and other location details
• Family details
• Father/mother details
• Sibling details
• Gotra, baan, birth place, and birth time if provided
• Profile description or other information you enter

Photos

You may upload profile photos. These photos are used to display your matrimony profile to other users according to app rules.

Premium and Payment Information

If you purchase a premium membership, we may collect and store payment-related records such as:

• Plan selected
• Order ID
• Payment ID
• Payment status
• Membership start and expiry details
• Transaction history

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking password.

App Activity Information

We may collect activity information such as:

• Profiles you shortlist
• Profiles you view or unlock
• Users who viewed your profile
• Users who shortlisted your profile
• Full profile unlock usage
• Premium feature usage
• Support ticket messages submitted by you

This helps us provide app features, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

Support Information

If you contact support or create an in-app support request, we may collect:

• Support category
• Subject
• Messages you send to support
• Ticket status
• Support conversation history

Technical and Security Information

3. Profile Visibility and Contact Details

Your profile information may be visible to other registered users of Kesharwani Sangam based on app rules.

Some profile details may be shown in preview form. Full profile details, including contact and family-related information, may be visible to users who unlock your full profile or have premium access, depending on the app’s membership and access rules.

You should only provide information that you are comfortable sharing for matrimony purposes.

4. Photos and User Content

Photos and profile information uploaded by you may be visible to other users inside the app. You are responsible for ensuring that the information and photos you upload are accurate, appropriate, and belong to you or are uploaded with proper permission.

We may remove or restrict content if it appears inappropriate, misleading, fake, or in violation of our policies.

5. Payments

Premium membership payments are handled through Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy and security practices.

We store limited payment records such as order ID, payment ID, payment status, plan details, and membership validity to activate and manage your premium features.

We do not store your UPI PIN, card CVV, full card number, or banking password.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Firebase for phone authentication
• Razorpay for payment processing
• Hosting/cloud infrastructure providers
• Analytics, crash reporting, or monitoring tools if enabled in the future
• Communication/support tools if enabled

These services may process limited data as required to provide their services.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information:

• With other registered users as part of matrimony profile discovery and full profile access
• With payment providers to process payments
• With authentication providers to verify login
• With service providers who help us operate the app
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• To protect users, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, or enforce our terms

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. These may include authentication, access controls, secure token handling, server-side validation, and restricted access to sensitive systems.

However, no digital platform can guarantee 100% security. You should keep your device secure and never share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, or sensitive financial details with anyone.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as needed to provide the app services, maintain your account, support legal or security requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.

Some records such as payment history, support history, security logs, and audit records may be retained for a longer period where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

10. Deactivate Profile

You may deactivate your profile from within the app if this feature is available. When your profile is deactivated, it may no longer be visible to other users, but your account and related records may still be retained.

11. Delete Account

You may request account deletion from within the app.

After an account deletion request:

• Your profile may be hidden from other users.
• Your account access may be blocked or restricted.
• Deletion may be scheduled after a retention period.
• Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, support, audit, or compliance purposes.

We do not recommend creating a new account with the same mobile number while a deletion request is pending.

12. Your Choices

You may:

• Edit your profile information
• Upload, change, or remove profile photos
• Deactivate your profile
• Request account deletion
• Contact support for help with your account or privacy concerns

Some information may be required to use the app properly.

13. Children’s Privacy

Kesharwani Sangam is intended for adults who are legally eligible for marriage. The app is not intended for children or users below 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we may take steps to remove it.

14. Safety Notice

Kesharwani Sangam helps users and families connect for matrimony purposes, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or background of any user profile.

Users should independently verify information before making marriage-related decisions. Do not share money, OTPs, banking details, or sensitive documents with unknown users.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
